Jar Stopper with Sealing
Clay jar stopper in fagile condition, with imprint of the jar mouth on its underside. The conical upper part has faint a seal impression repeated twice. The scene shows (from left to right) a male figure with his left arm hanging and right arm raised facing a figure in long skirt with right arm raised from elbow. Behind the second figure is a shorter figure with a star or some shape above it. The fourth figure has its right arm raised at elbow and is very faint. Height of seal ca. 1.7cm. The sealing is on poorly levigated, buff clay with medium pebble inclusions and straw and grit temper.
